Nanny and Maternity Nurse Placement Fees

Nanny Placement

  • We charge a fee of 13% of the nanny's annual salary

  • Processing Fee: £75 (deducted from the total upon successful placement)

Temporary Nanny Placements – A fee of 13% of the nanny’s total gross earnings for the booking will apply. Payment must be made in advance

Maternity Nurse Placements – A fee of 13% of the total gross earnings for the booking is payable. Payment must be made in advance

Optional Services

  • Nanny Tax Management Service: We offer a professional Nanny Tax Management Service through NannyTax, a highly reliable payroll service that handles all payroll and tax matters.

  • HR Support for Nanny Employment: For £25 a month, we provide personal HR support to families who have hired a nanny independently. This service manages communication regarding holidays, sick leave, and other employment matters, including holiday requests, entitlements, and key documents like contracts. We also intervene as a neutral mediator if issues arise.
